Kansas State scored 14 unanswered 4th quarter points on the way to a 31-24 win over Mississippi State Saturday.
Malik Knowles returned a kick-off 100 yards and Dalton Schoen caught a 15 yard pass from Skylar Thompson for the winning touchdown. That came after Mississippi State scored 17 straight points to take a 24-17 lead.
Skylar Thompson and Jordan Brown scored rushing touchdowns and Blake Lynch kicked a 35 yard fieldgoal for the Wildcats. With the win the Wildcats improve to 3-0 for the season. Kansas State has a bye week before they open Big-12 play September 28th at Oklahoma State.
