A man accused of sexual activity with a teenager is set for a rescheduled preliminary hearing Tuesday in Lyon County District Court.
Lucio Meza-Oliva was supposed to have a hearing last week, but that was delayed after he changed attorneys. The hearing is at 1:30 pm.
Meza-Oliva is accused of single counts of indecent solicitation, indecent liberties and aggravated witness intimidation for alleged acts against a 16-year-old child. The affidavit is currently sealed, so case details have not been announced.
