The Kansas Turnpike Authority is asking drivers to offer their feedback on Turnpike travels.
A special customer satisfaction survey is now available until Sept. 30. Chief Executive Officer Steve Hewitt says the survey is for anybody who uses the highway, either daily or occasionally. He also says many of the Turnpike’s modernization efforts have developed as a result of customer feedback, including highway-speed electronic toll lanes, electric charging stations and increasing the vertical clearance of overhead bridges.
