One man has been arrested after a crash north of Emporia on Monday.
The crash happened shortly after 2 pm near the intersection of Kansas Highway 99 and Road L. Deputy Danny Broyles says a car was southbound when the driver lost control and went into a grove of trees.
Sheriff Jeff Cope says the driver was arrested on suspicion of DUI. Further details are not immediately available.
The crash was originally reported as a rollover, but authorities say the vehicle never rolled.
