Trial is set for late September for a man accused of shooting a neighbor in the head with a pellet gun earlier this year in Madison.
Terry Lynn Bogart, 53, is charged with aggravated battery, marijuana and methamphetamine possession and paraphernalia possession after an incident April 18. Bogart is accused of shooting Kyle Burress as part of an ongoing dispute.
Trial is currently set to begin Sept. 24. A final pretrial is set for Sept. 20.
