Preliminary hearings have been delayed for two Emporia men accused of aggravated robbery.
Hearings were on the Wednesday docket for Daniel McClead and Gustavo Perez-Garcia. Those are now slated for Sept. 18 after prosecutors requested delays.
Both men face three sets of aggravated robbery and conspiracy to commit aggravated robbery charges after alleged incidents last month, including alleged armed robberies of Casey’s General Store on South Commercial on both June 5 and June 9 and Angelina’s Fashion store on June 9.
