The Emporia Senior American Legion baseball team won the Wichita Aviators tournament, winning all 3 games played Saturday.
Post 5 began the day with a 7-4 win over Chanute.
Hayden Baumwart was 3 for 4 with 1 RBI and 2 runs scored.
Sawyer Slayden drove in 3 runs and John Miller was 2 for 2 with 2 RBI.
Jace Stewart was the winning pitcher.
In the semi-final Emporia out scored the Wichita Aviators 6-3.
Riley Wagner was 3 for 3 with 1 RBI and 2 runs scored.
John Miller drove in 2 runs.
Hayden Baumwart was the winning pitcher, giving up 3 runs on 8 hits with 5 strikeouts.
In the Championship game Post 5 out scored Newton 13-5. Emporia scored 5 runs in the 1st inning and closed out the game with 4 runs in the 6th.

Kadyn Williams was 3 for 4 with 3 RBI.
Chance Gilpin was 3 for 3 with 2 RBI.

The Post 5 Seniors are now 25-1 for the season. They are scheduled to host Newton Tuesday night.
