Two drivers escaped injury following a collision southeast of Emporia Saturday morning.
According to the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office, a Buick Lesabre driven by 37-year-old Colter Odell was travelling westbound on Road 130. At the same time an Acura Integra driven by 17-year-old Jose Galindo was traveling northbound on Road J.
The Galindo Integra was at a stop sign and pulled out into the path of the Ordell Lesabre. Both drivers were examined on scene and neither required further medical attention. Both vehicles had to be towed from the scene.
Both Galindo and Ordell were wearing their seatbelts at the time of the accident.
