Rain washed out the Emporia American Legion Junior’s doubleheader with Buhler, Tuesday night.
The Junior Legion is scheduled to play a doubleheader at Ottawa, Wednesday night. Coach Cory Schovick says despite the struggles, so far this season, he knows the talent is there to succeed.
The Senior Legion is scheduled to return to action Wednesday night, hosting Ottawa. Coach Anthony Markowitz says they’ll need to balance between focusing on themselves and paying attention to Ottawa.
The Senior Legion and Ottawa are scheduled to play a single nine-inning game at Soden’s Grove.
