Emporia High golfer Gentry Scheve has been named 5A 1st team all-state. Gentry finished in 2nd place, after a play-off, at the 5A State golf tournament.
Gentry Scheve, Caleb Schmidt and Justin Kohlman of Cottonwood Falls will be playing in the Kansas Junior Amateur golf tournament beginning Tuesday in Wellington.
