The final Legislative Dialogue is coming this week.
The Emporia Area Chamber of Commerce Government Matters Committee and League of Women Voters have slated the Dialogue for 6 pm Tuesday at the Trusler Business Center, 719 Commercial. 17th District Senator Jeff Longbine, 60th District Representative Mark Schreiber, 51st District Representative Ron Highland and 76th District Representative Eric Smith have all been invited to attend.
Dialogues give lawmakers a chance to update residents on how the legislative session fared. It also gives residents a chance to get questions answered or concerns addressed.
