The Chicago White Sox out scored the Kansas City Royals 8-7 Wednesday night to complete the sweep.
The White Sox scored 5 runs in the 2nd inning after Royals starting pitcher Glenn Sparkman was ejected for hitting Tim Anderson with a pitch. The Royals rallied to score 4 runs in the 6th highlighted by Jorge Solers 2 run home run. They tied the game at 7 with 2 runs in the 8th inning. The White Sox retook the lead in the bottom of the 8th.
The Royals begin a 4 game series in Texas against the Rangers Thursday night. Jakob Junis will be on the mound for the Royals with first pitch set for 7:05p. The game will be broadcast on KVOE 1400AM/96.9FM beginning at 6:30p.
