More MealSpot locations for the summer have been announced by Emporia Public Schools.
On Friday, the Emporia Public Library announced it is serving lunches on Wednesdays in June and July. The school district says Emporia Middle School, as well as Riverside, Village and William Allen White elementary schools, are serving breakfasts and lunches.
Emporia Middle School: June 10-Aug. 2, Monday-Friday

MealSpot is returning to the Emporia Public Library this summer.
The partnership involving the Emporia Public Library, Emporia School District and United Way of the Flint Hills will be serving meals at the library Wednesdays in June and July. Hours will be 11:30 am to 1 pm.
Other MealSpot locations have not been announced.
This is the third year for the program locally. Children and teenagers up to age 18 can eat free. Adults can purchase meals for $4.05.
