Repairs continue in northwest Emporia after a vehicle hit a utility pole Monday.
Emporia Police, Emporia Fire and Westar Energy were toned out to 15th and Woodland shortly before 11:30 am. Police officers on site say nobody was hurt when the car went off the street and brought down the pole.
A small outage developed as repairs got started. Less than five customers were affected. Further details about the wreck itself are pending.
