Seana Herron went into a hearing Friday hoping Lyon County Judge Lee Fowler would approve a motion to withdraw her plea in a drug distribution case dating back to last September. Instead, she was sentenced for her involvement in the crime.
Judge Fowler denied Herron’s motion before sentencing her to five years, eight months in prison for drug possession with intent to distribute.
Herron was one of five defendants arrested last fall after alleged drug distribution activity, including sales within 1,000 feet of Emporia Christian School and Sacred Heart School.
