A large host of donors and sponsors attended Sacred Heart’s annual Bid ‘N Bite dinner and auction.
Sacred Heart hosts this fundraising event every spring, and it entails a dinner courtesy of local restaurants, an open bar, and three separate auctions. One auction will be silent, one auction will be live, and the third will be a dessert auction where guests can bid on whichever tasty treat they would like to follow their meal.
Donations have come in for these auctions from all around the area, and from Sacred Heart itself. Event organizer for the Bid ‘N Bite auction Scott Tajchman says the number of donations well exceeds those of previous years.
The funds that were raised will all be going back into Sacred Heart School for upkeep and different projects, Tajchman explains.
A fundraising total is still pending from Saturday’s Bid ‘N Bite, so stay tuned to KVOE, KVOE.com, and KVOE social medias for when the amount is made available.
