Sentencing has been delayed for one of five defendants in an alleged drug distribution ring from last fall.
Before her hearing Wednesday, Seana Herron filed a motion to withdraw her plea. She had pleaded earlier this year to one count of possession of marijuana with intent to sell.
Herron’s motions hearing will now be at 3:30 pm May 3 in front of Judge Lee Fowler. If Fowler denies the motion, Herron will be sentenced that afternoon.
Three other defendants have already been sentenced in this case:
*Jacob Rodriguez received 12.5 years after pleading guilty to drug possession with intent to distribute.
*Luis Guillen received 67 months in prison after pleading to one count of drug possession with intent to distribute.
*Amanda Alvarado received 18 months probation after pleading no contest to single counts of meth possession and aggravated child endangerment.
Co-defendant Cole Bowen is set for sentencing at 10:30 am Thursday after convictions on separate counts of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia with intent to manufacture, plant or cultivate.
