Drivers could encounter thick fog as we get to the mid-morning hours.
The National Weather Service has issued a dense fog advisory for Lyon, Coffey, Morris, Osage and Wabaunsee counties until 9 am. Visibility could be a quarter-mile or less in spots.
If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
