The Emporia High Track teams, Boys Tennis, Boys Golf and Girls Swim teams are scheduled to compete Friday.
Emporia High will have athletes competing in 11 events at the KU Relays Friday and Saturday. Alexis Davies will be running in the 400 meter dash and as part of the 4 by 400 relay.
Matthew East will be running in the 110 hurdles and as part of the 4 by 400 relay.
The Emporia High boys tennis team will be hosting a tournament. Junior Fernando Becerra will be playing singles for the Spartans.
Play begins at 3pm on the Emporia High courts.
The Emporia High boys golf team will be playing in the Salina South Invitational. Junior Caleb Schmid is hoping it starts to come together.
The Emporia High girls swim team will be competing in the Salina Invitational. Junior Kaylen Hart will be swimming in the 100 and 200 free and as part of the 200 and 400 free relays.
