One individual accused of kidnapping from an incident last fall has had his case continued to next month.
Brandon Villa was in Lyon County District Court Monday for a preliminary hearing. His case has now been continued to May 13th.
Villa has been charged with aggravated kidnapping after an incident reported in September. An individual reported being kidnapped, beaten and robbed at an unspecified Emporia address over several days.
Villa had been placed on the Lyon County Most Wanted list last fall in connection to the incident.
