One man accused of kidnapping in an incident last fall is set for an appearance in Lyon County District Court on Monday.
Brandon Villa has been charged with aggravated kidnapping after an incident reported in September, when a person reported being kidnapped, beaten and robbed at an unspecified Emporia address over a period of several days. Villa had been placed on Lyon County’s Most Wanted list last fall in connection to the incident.
Villa’s preliminary hearing is at 3 pm.
