Formal charges have been filed against five of the six people arrested Tuesday as part of an investigation into the whereabouts of a Lyon County Most Wanted suspect.
*Jeric Cranford, placed on the Most Wanted list in late March for suspected methamphetamine distribution, has been charged with separate counts of meth and marijuana possession, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use, and criminal carrying a weapon.
*Derek Noffsinger is charged with marijuana possession and paraphernalia possession with intent to use.
*Wade Oelke faces single counts of meth and marijuana possession along with possession of paraphernalia with intent to use.
*Ana Rhoads is charged with marijuana possession and paraphernalia possession with intent to use.
*Tammie Williams is charged with single counts of meth possession, marijuana possession and possession of paraphernalia with intent to use.
Bronson White, the first person arrested on unspecified warrants, has not been charged in connection to Tuesday’s arrests.
The investigation started with a search for Cranford at 880 Road 280, property owned by Williams, on Tuesday. After White’s arrest, Cranford and Noffsinger were arrested as deputies received help from the Kansas Highway Patrol’s aircraft and K-9 unit as well as the Greenwood County Sheriff’s Office drone. Oelke, Rhoads and Williams were arrested later that evening.
Court documents provided to KVOE News say authorities reported finding traces of meth and marijuana during field testing, as well as at least one rifle and various paraphernalia items.
First appearances are tentatively set for Monday afternoon.
Cranford was originally facing charges of meth distribution, marijuana possession, Clonazepam possession and paraphernalia possession. His preliminary hearing in that case is May 1.
