The five-day Spring Book Sale at the Emporia Public Library began on Saturday morning.
The Emporia Public Library has two big book sales each year with one being in the spring and the other in the fall. A large variety of books ranging from nonfiction to instructional to science fiction and more are sold at each sale.
Olivia Towner, a senior at Emporia State University, attends the book sales every year and says she loves all books.
Books will continue to be sold at sticker price through April 8th. April 9th will be $10 bag-of-books sale, April 10th is the $5 bag-of-books, and the 11th will be the $2 bag-of-books sale.
