The Kansas City Royals bullpen let one slip away Wednesday afternoon, losing to the Minnesota Twins 7-6.
The Royals scored 5 runs in the 5th inning, Alex Gordon hit a 3 run home run as the Royals took a 6-3 lead. The Twins tied the game in the 8th and scored the go ahead run in the 9th.
The Royals head to Detroit for a weekend series with the Tigers beginning Thursday afternoon.
