Emergency crews were called out for a reported rollover injury accident shortly after 7:30 pm Tuesday evening.
The accident involved a semi which overturned on the southbound onramp at the Kansas Turnpike’s Emporia toll booth. According to the Emporia Fire Department, no other vehicles were involved in the accident and the driver of the semi did not need to be taken to Newman Regional Health.
