The woman accused of stealing from the Emporia Senior Center has a motions hearing in Lyon County District Court Thursday.
Former Senior Center Director Lannie Lyman will appear before Judge Jeff Larson as prosecutors are set to submit a motion for the admittance of additional evidence into her case. The hearing is at 10:30 am Thursday morning.
Lyman is accused of stealing over $110,000 from the center from early 2016 through Sept. 2017 until she was fired. Lyman waived her right to a preliminary hearing back in December.
She currently has potential trial dates of Aprill 22 or May 13.
