The Wichita State Shockers advanced to the NIT semi-finals after defeating Indiana 73-63 Tuesday night.
The Shockers are the first team to have defeated the top 3 teams in their region to advance to the semi-finals. The Shockers defeated No. 3 Furman, No. 2 Clemson and No. 1 Indiana, all on the road.
Markis McDuffie scored 21 points to lead the Shockers in scoring.
The Shockers will face either Lipscomb or North Carolina State on Tuesday.
