Emporia State mens basketball Coach Craig Doty has announced the signing of Justin Williams, a 5-10 guard from Indianapolis, Indiana.
Williams will be transferring from Lincoln Trail Community College where he averaged 15 points and 3 assists a game.
He becomes the 7th signee for next season by Coach Craig Doty.
