EVCO did its best to ensure its vendors are on the fast track to success with its annual Food Show at White Auditorium on Wednesday.
The theme for the event was EVCO Express, and show coordinator Jenny Gibbs says the event was a good way for people to connect and learn more about new products.
Among the vendors displaying wares was Fanestil Meats. Jay Woertz tells KVOE News the partnership has been good for Fanestil.
Belfonte has had a longstanding relationship with EVCO for its ice cream products in the Kansas City area. Bob Rosenbaum says that partnership has developed over time.
Close to 100 vendors from across Kansas and several neighboring states were on hand.
