Keep your calendars clear as the Emporia Granada Theatre has a busy schedule coming up.
Many family-friendly concerts, musicals and more will grace the Granada’s stage in the coming weeks. Coming up most recently will be the Seussical Jr., put on by the Emporia Middle School. Executive Director Aden Lindholm talks about the Dr. Seuss-themed musical.
Showing this weekend on both days at 7:00 pm, tickets for Seussical Jr. will be $5 for adults, $3 for USD 253 students, and free for EMS students.
Coming next on Mar. 15th at 6:00 pm is an interactive showing of the Secret Life of Pets. Admission will be free for all; however, cash donations will be accepted.
A few weeks further down the line, five-time Grammy winner, BJ Thomas will perform his classic hits across the stage. Lindholm goes over the details for the concert and his own personal excitement.
