Continued discussions for Emporia Public School’s ongoing needs assessment will again highlight the USD 253 Board of Education meeting Wednesday.
HTK Architects presented the full findings of their recent assessment of district facilities during the board’s meeting two weeks ago. Wednesday, HTK and board members will engage in a more Q&A like session to further discuss the findings of the recently completed assessment.
Also during the meeting board members will discuss reemployment of administrators and declare a contingency for salaries. A request to solicit bids for a replacement project regarding sections of the roof at Emporia High School will also be presented.
The meeting begins at 6 pm inside the Mary Herbert Education Center.
