The Emporia High girls bowling team has earned a trip to State. They finished in 3rd place at Wednesdays regional tournament held at Flint Hills lane.
Shawnee Heights finished in first place and Topeka Seaman was 2nd.
Individually for Emporia High Kinsey Miller finished in 4th place with a 620 series.
Laney Dobson finished in 8th place with a 548 series.
The Emporia High boys finished in 5th place. Individually David Dix finished in 13th place but did qualify for state with a 551 series.
Topeka Seaman, Topeka West and El Dorado were the teams that qualified. The State Bowling tournament will be held February 28th in Wichita.
