Emporia Recreation Commission board members will meet Monday evening.
The board will get the latest update on architectural work for possible renovations to the Lee Beran Recreation Center. Board members will also hear an early proposal for the purchase of new equipment for the Jones Aquatic Center.
An audit and agreement between the Rec Commission for operating the Aquatic Center will be considered separately. Department reports and updates for the Class 1A substate and Class 5A state basketball tournaments are also planned.
The meeting starts at 5:30 pm at the Rec Center.
