Attorneys for Luciano Salazar filed an evidence motion during a pretrial hearing this week. That pushes trial from Tuesday to April 8.
Salazar is accused of selling drugs near William Allen White Elementary School during controlled buys last May. He’s charged with selling methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school and other counts.
