One of two suspects in a rash of auto burglaries in Osage County has been sentenced.
Trivette Alvarado received 41 months in prison after pleading guilty to single counts of vehicle burglary and burglary in an attempt to steal a firearm. Alvarado also received two years of probation.
Alvarado and Aaron Griffith were arrested this past October on dozens of charges after nearly 30 vehicle burglaries in and around Carbondale, Overbrook and Scranton. Griffith is still awaiting trial.
Separately, the Osage County Sheriff’s Office is looking for the person or people who allegedly stole a Honda Big Red from a farm southeast of Lyndon recently. Suspect information is not currently available.
