Jessica Wayne scored a game high 23 points to lead 4 players in double-figures in scoring on the way to a 83-63 win over Lindenwood Thursday.
Emily Miller added 20 points, making 4 of 9 three point shots.
Tyra Jones added 17 points and Addie Lackey finished with 10 points. The Lady Hornets held a 28-17 lead after the first quarter. Their biggest lead was by 30 points. They never trailed in the game. Coach Toby Wynn said the way they started the game set the tone.
The Lady Hornets are now 15-5 for the season and 6-4 inn the MIAA. They will host Lincoln Saturday.
