Kentucky out scored Kansas 71-63 Saturday. The Jayhawks led at halftime 33-30 but were out scored in the 2nd half 41-30 by the Wildcats.
Kansas led by 10 in the first half but would trail by 10 in the 2nd half. Dedric Lawson finished with his 14th double-double of the season with 20 points and 15 rebounds to lead the Jayhawks. Quintin Grimes scored 13 points and Lagerald Vick finished with 10 points. Kentucky had 3 players finish with double-doubles led by PJ Washington with 20 points and 13 rebounds.
The Jayhawks are now 16-4 for the season. They play at Texas on Tuesday.
