Purchases and recertifications await Lyon County Commissioners during their weekly action session Thursday morning.
Lyon County Zoning and Flood Plain administrator Sam Seeley will present the annual recertification application for the county’s continued participation in the Consumer Rating System program. The program helps to provide landowners with a discount on flood insurance premiums.
Lyon County Engineer Chip Woods will be seeking approval of quotes for new equipment for the Road and Bridge Department. Also, Bruce Boettcher of BG Consultants will look for approval of a bid letting for the Sheriff’s Office.
Two executive sessions are also planned.
The meeting begins at 8 am inside the Lyon County Courthouse.
