The Emporia High boys swim and dive team will be hosting a meet Thursday.
The Spartans will be competing against swimmers from Topeka West, Independence and Coffeyville. Junior Andrew Wendling will be swimming in the 50 and 100 free and as part of hte 200 and 400 free relays. He hopes to pick up where he left off going into the Christmas break.
The Meet begins at 2 with the diving. Swimming events begin at 4pm in the Emporia High pool.
