One of two suspects in a drug distribution case originating in October will be in court Friday for a hearing.
Raul Magallanez, Jr., has a pretrial hearing at 2 pm in Lyon County District Court. Magallanez has been charged with marijuana distribution and paraphernalia possession with intent to manufacture, plant or cultivate.
The charges against Magallanez also effectively accuse him of violating parole after he pleaded no contest to two counts of aggravated indecent liberties in 2011.
Co-defendant Marquise Richardson faces 13 counts, including cocaine and marijuana distribution.
