A kidnapping suspect will be in Lyon County District Court for a hearing Thursday.
Ivan Murillo has a pretrial conference set to begin at 2 pm.
Murillo is charged with aggravated kidnapping, aggravated robbery and aggravated battery after one person said he was kidnapped, held, beaten and robbed over a period of several days. Emporia Police received the crime report in September.
Co-defendants Will Anderson and Stacy Steen face identical charges. Steen has a pretrial hearing Feb. 6. Anderson has a hearing Jan. 31.
