One defendant in a September drug distribution case has a hearing Thursday.
Cole Bowen is currently charged with distributing stimulants and possessing paraphernalia with intent to manufacture. His motions hearing starts at 10 am in Lyon County District Court.
Bowen is one of five defendants in the case. Two others, Amanda Alvarado and Jacob Rodriguez, had hearings scheduled Wednesday. Seanna Herron is set for trial Jan. 25. Luis Guillen’s prime trial setting is currently Feb. 25.
