One of two defendants in a drug distribution case that came to light in October was bound over for trial after a preliminary hearing Wednesday.
Marquise Richardson now has a pretrial hearing Jan. 25 as his court proceedings continue.
Richardson faces charges of cocaine distribution, marijuana distribution, possession of paraphernalia with intent to manufacture, plant or cultivate and other counts. Authorities say they conducted several controlled drug buys in October and Richardson had marijuana, cocaine, paraphernalia and money in his possession when he was arrested.
