Downtown Emporia will be hustling and bustling Thursday night.
That’s because of several Emporia Main Street activities, including the holiday Midnight Madness event. Director Casey Woods says several factors have come together to make Midnight Madness so popular.
Officially, Midnight Madness goes from 8 pm to midnight, although several participating stores will have deals all day.
In addition, carriage rides take place starting at 5 pm and taking place every 15 minutes until 8 pm. Tickets go on sale starting at 4:30 pm.
Also, the Start Your Own Business graduation ceremony will be at the Main Street office, 727 Commercial, starting at 6 pm.
