One of five defendants in a drug distribution case announced in September is in court Monday.
Luis Guillen faces charges including distribution within 1,000 feet of a school. He has a motions hearing to suppress evidence set for 10 am. The prime trial setting in his case is currently set for Feb. 25.
Meanwhile, Cole Bowen will have jury trial begin Jan. 28 on drug distribution and other counts.
Seana Herron will have a pretrial Friday on charges including drug distribution within 1,000 feet of a school and possession of a firearm by a felon.
Amanda Alvarado, meanwhile, has potential trial dates for Jan. 7, Feb. 4 or Feb. 29 on charges including distribution and aggravated child endangerment. Her next hearing is Dec. 19 for a motion to suppress, and her final pretrial hearing is Jan. 2.
Jacob Rodriguez has potential trial settings Dec. 12, Jan. 7 or Jan. 28. He also has a motions hearing Friday. Rodriguez is charged with drug distribution within 1,000 feet of a school and other counts.
