People gathered from far and wide last night to hear Kip Moore and company perform their popular songs at the Granada Theatre, giving a concert that won’t soon be forgotten.
Kip Moore’s stop in Emporia is a part of his Room to Spare acoustic tour. Although the EP is only two weeks old, the crowd didn’t seem to notice. Last night’s concert was audience-oriented, as Kip Moore even stopped the show to give a little girl in the crowd a hug on-stage.
Kip Moore is a Georgia native. His first standout album was released in 2012, and he now has three studio albums and two EPs.
Opening for Kip Moore was Jillian Jacqueline and her fiance. New to the scene, Jacqueline was given an Emporia welcome and left the stage with a building full of new fans.
Kip Moore’s next performance will be in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania on Dec. 4.
Shenandoah’s Good Ole Fashion Christmas will be the next show in the Granada Theatre appearing on Dec. 7. For more information on upcoming concerts, visit the Granada’s website at http://www.emporiagranada.com/.
