Three people have been arrested after a reported kidnapping incident, and Emporia Police say a fourth person is being sought.
Capt. David DeVries says the incident was reported in the east part of Emporia on Sept. 18. The victim reported being kidnapped, held, beaten and robbed over a period of several days.
Following a better than two-month investigation, officers have arrested 31-year-old Will Darron Anderson, 32-year-old Stacy Steen and 25-year-old Ivan Murillo, all of Emporia. The fourth suspect has likely fled the area. No name or suspect description is currently available on the fourth individual.
The exact location and identity of the victim is being withheld due to the nature of the alleged crimes.
