All three were hospitalized at Newman Regional Health with “minor injuries” and were wearing their seatbelts at the time of the crash. Their conditions will not be released.
Hajny was cited for failure to yield.
Traffic was blocked on Commercial at Randolph briefly as both vehicles were towed from the scene. Traffic has returned to normal.

A reported two vehicle injury accident in South Emporia Monday has sent three people to the hospital.
Emergency Crews were called out just before 3 p.m. this afternoon for a reported injury crash which occurred at South Commercial near the Casey’s South location. Two SUVs were involved in the accident and three individuals were transported to Newman Regional Health with undisclosed injuries.
The names of those involved in the accident have yet to be released.
Traffic was blocked on Commercial at Randolph briefly after the accident but has since returned to normal.
