The Olpe Eagles have advanced to the 1A State Championship game after defeating Pittsburgh Colgan 14-0 Friday night.
Colby Hoelting threw a touchdown pass to Camden Hoelting to give the Eagles a 7-0 lead. Carter Cox scored on a 1 yard run to put Olpe in front 14-0.
They will play Smith Center in the 1A championship game next Saturday in Hays.
Smith Center defeated Plainville 49-7.
Olpe last won a State Football Championship in 2014.
