A motions hearing is coming later this month for an Emporia woman facing burglary charges.
Taylor Rich, 21, faces a single aggravated burglary charge, three additional counts of burglary and one count of interference with a law enforcement officer after an incident that allegedly happened on or around Sept. 15. Rich is accused of entering an occupied house in the 3300 block of East 18th as well as a truck and camper with the intent to steal items from all three.
Rich has a motions hearing Nov. 30. She also has potential trial settings of Dec. 17, Jan. 28 or Feb. 11.
Rich is also accused of criminal damage stemming from an alleged incident at the Lyon County Detention Center shortly after the alleged burglary. She has a hearing next week in that case.
